The Savings & Saving the Environment Initiative of Green Evangelisation Movement (GEM)

Green Wheeler is the operational brand of Green Evangelisation Movement (GEM) established to transform the vision of promoting savings while protecting the environment into a practical reality.

The majority of GEM's mission and objectives are implemented through Green Wheeler project, an initiative dedicated for reducing environmental pollution caused by the transportation sector and conventional energy generation. Its primary focus is on minimizing carbon emissions produced by fuel-powered vehicles and electricity generated from coal, two of the largest contributors to environmental degradation.

MISSION GREEN WHEELER

At the heart of the Green Evangelisation Movement lies a simple yet powerful mission, to educate and empower the public by introducing practical alternatives to the three essential resources on which society largely depends—fuel, electricity, and LPG. These are not only among the costliest necessities in everyday life but also among the most significant sources of pollution too.

As a part of its Savings & Saving the Environment Project, Green Wheeler conducts door-to-door awareness and demonstration programmes, introducing sustainable alternatives that can replace these conventional resources. The initiative promotes the use of electric vehicles instead of fuel-powered vehicles, solar energy as an alternative to coal-generated electricity, and electric cooking solutions, thereby gradually reducing the dependence on LPG.

SAVINGS

The project helps people understand the long-term financial and environmental costs associated with fossil fuels, coal-based electricity, and LPG, including the safety risks posed by gas cylinders. At the same time, it highlights the economic, environmental, and practical benefits of adopting electric mobility, solar power, and electric cooking systems, enabling individuals to save money while contributing to a cleaner planet.

Green Wheeler goes beyond conventional awareness campaigns with creating opportunities for real-life experience by offering live demonstrations and practical exposure to sustainable technologies. This hands-on approach encourages people to confidently adopt cleaner alternatives based on their individual needs and financial capacity.

The project also showcases a wide range of electric vehicle brands through live demonstrations, allowing people to compare available options and make informed decisions according to their preferences and budget. By encouraging the adoption of cleaner technologies, Green Wheeler accelerates the shift away from pollution-intensive resources and contributes to reducing harmful carbon emissions.
